With Guest Accounts, you can join Sryptos and start chatting in seconds. Just click "Continue as Guest," and our backend will instantly create a temporary, anonymous identity for you using Firebase Anonymous Authentication. No email, no phone number, no password required.

This is perfect for:

• Quick, one-off secure conversations.
• Trying out Sryptos without committing to an account.
• Situations where you need maximum anonymity.

Privacy by Default: 24-Hour Expiry

To ensure your digital footprint remains minimal, all Guest Accounts come with a built-in self-destruct mechanism. A scheduled Cloud Function automatically purges any guest account and its associated data on our servers after 24 hours of inactivity. This includes any pending messages or files.

Since all chat history is stored locally on your device, you will still have access to your messages until you clear your browser data. However, the link to your anonymous identity on our servers is severed, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Ready for a Permanent Home?

Love the experience and want to keep your account? You can easily convert your guest account into a permanent one at any time from the Settings menu. By linking an email and password or a Google account, you can secure your username and access your account from multiple devices without losing your contacts.
